The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs, while also participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to various aspects of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Participate in Agile team ceremonies and contribute actively
Build Oracle PL/SQL packages and act as a subject matter expert throughout the systems development lifecycle
Design tables, functions, and feed setups to meet business requirements and document application setups
Identify business requirements, map them to application functionality, and guide the technical team for technical design specifications and solutions
Work with product owners to gather requirements, facilitate gap identification, and design solutions
Collaborate with various testing teams to plan application testing and support testing efforts
Advise on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems
Develop enhancements in Oracle PL/SQL procedures and validations for major enterprise initiatives
Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts
Develop end-user documentation and training materials
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, particularly in Oracle 23c version
Minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and application development
Extensive experience in debugging, performance tuning, runtime analysis, and system monitoring
Experience in application development, Unix scripting, and Autosys scheduler
Ability to interact with business users to gather requirements, present design decisions, and provide inputs on testing scenarios
Preferred
Experience in Oracle Financial R12 and Oracle Financial Cloud integration
Ability to identify functionality gaps, perform POCs, and develop solutions or workarounds
Strong written and oral communication skills with an open communication style
Experience in Agile environment and methodologies
