GME Program Coordinator/UKHC

Responsibilities
Serve as a key support role for the residency and fellowship programs in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Collaborate with the program director and the GME Office in the daily operational management of the program(s)
Develop, initiate and/or direct a wide range of programmatic activities including program planning, project development and management, recruiting, updating policies, and using databases and residency management software system (MedHub)
Interact with faculty, fellows, residents, and medical students and manage internal and external program relations
Act as a primary resource for learners, faculty and administrative staff, as well as liaison between the Residency Program Director, chief residents, residents, program faculty, GME Office, and affiliated teaching sites concerning residency program matters

Required
BA
2 yrs of related experience
None required for license/registration/certification
Sitting for long periods of time in front of a computer
Preferred
Willingness to obtain Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) certification within 3 years of hire date
