Programs Manager
Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is seeking a Programs Manager to lead coordination and supervision for the Central Office Care Coordination Team. The role focuses on collaborating with community providers and partners to enhance access to care and reduce hospitalizations and crisis situations.

Responsibilities
Act as the lead coordinator and supervisor for the Central Office Care Coordination Team
Work hand-in-hand with community provider agencies, community partners, and ODMHSAS program staff to ensure seamless collaboration and support
Coordinate care, offer outreach and engagement services, reduce hospitalizations, crisis stays, ER visits, and enhance overall access to care for individuals
Lead and oversee case staffings, provider meetings, and trainings
Manage data reporting and analysis
Monitor fiscal performance to ensure services are effective, efficient, and impactful
Qualification
Required
Master's degree and one year of professional experience
Or a bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education
Preferred
Preference may be given to candidates who are fully licensed
