The Legal Summer Internship offers hands-on experience in an in-house legal environment, where interns will support the Legal team through research, drafting, and organizational projects.

Responsibilities
Conducting legal, market, and competitive research to support commercial and strategic initiatives
Supporting licensing and commercial transactions through drafting, reviewing, and summarizing agreements under attorney supervision
Preparing summaries of key licenses and agreements for internal stakeholders
Creating and maintaining internal legal reference materials and playbooks
Assisting with the organization and upkeep of the Legal team’s forms and templates library
Contributing to training materials and internal documentation used by cross-functional teams
Providing general support on legal projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a Juris Doctor (JD) program (1L or 2L preferred), or a strong interest in pursuing a legal career
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
