Responsibilities
Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of DoD programs
Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
Help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with integrated product team stakeholders, project officers, and senior leaders
Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Qualification
Required
Experience with the management and acquisition lifecycle of Defense programs
Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Knowledge of risk management processes and tools
Ability to lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) discussions and present findings to senior leaders
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
Preferred
Experience leading communications with stakeholders and suppliers to support product development or ongoing production programs
Experience performing engineering analysis on systems and components
Experience deriving various types of requirements, including functional, non-functional, and technical specifications, to guide development and implementation
Knowledge of artillery and mortar systems
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Possession of excellent communication skills
