Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator
The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support and manage statewide training programs. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the LMS, optimizing workflows, implementing policies, and enhancing training delivery through innovative system improvements.

Responsibilities
Manage technology solutions, like Learning Management Systems (LMSs)
Configure, update, and troubleshoot technology solutions
Manage user data, course catalogs, and reporting
Create user guides and training sessions
Manage projects effectively, including tracking, reporting and meeting milestones
Ability to develop and deliver training related to navigating technology solutions
Create and maintain user guides and other resources
Ability to access and interpret various laws, rules, regulations, and policies
Manage upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts in technology solutions
Generate and interpret reports
Interpret and present data
Work independently and in a group setting
Creative problem solving
Develop and present plans and recommendations
Ability to engage in change management, including communication and implementation
Qualification
Required
