Responsibilities
Enters information taken from Equipment Repair Orders and enters into the maintenance history database (Repair Tool)
Audits paperwork and input for inaccuracies and missing information. May include having to follow-up and correct any records
Enters information into other on-line databases
Completes any necessary filing
Responsible for ordering materials & supplies via multiple on-line ordering systems to include follow-up on missing or delayed shipments
Ability to train new Data Entry Clerks, advise less experienced staff, and provide backup assistance when necessary
Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required
Five years of Data Entry Experience
Basic knowledge of personal computer operations
English (reading, writing, verbal)
Basic math skills
