Machine Operator I

Responsibilities
Start up and shut down of mold sizing presses
Remove parts from mold and sizing presses
Load and unload ovens/adjust ovens
Component assembly
Check parts according to the process sheets
Enter checks into the Datamyte
Mold SPC
Proper Paperwork (Alerts, CARs, RFC, Travelers, Process Sheets, Size, SPC)
Sinter Checks
NCM System
Handling of Scrap
Gauging
Paste Robot set up and operation
Final Inspection/Leak Test
Inspect/Wash/Pack-Keystone Unit
Environmental Safety requirements
MSDS System / Labeling
Equipment Safety
Lockout/Tagout
Work Place Organization / 7S
Plexus specific training
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Manufacturing background preferred
Working knowledge and ability to operate production machines
Ability to gauge and measure parts
Perform SPC and quality checks
Complete X & R charts
