Responsibilities
Analyze workflows and system pain points; design and implement improvements
Design, code, test, implement, and document application features and services
Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with internal/external systems
Prepare test data, validate results, and monitor performance during testing
Create user guides and training materials; support and train end users as needed
Partner with Operations, Product, and Finance to improve internal customer experience across the business
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, delivering within agreed timelines
Contribute to team practices including code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience with .NET (C#; VB.NET experience is a plus)
Web development with ASP.NET (WebForms or MVC)
Front‑end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Relational databases: SQL Server or MySQL (writing queries, schema design basics)
Experience building or consuming REST APIs
Familiarity with Visual Studio (2015+) and Team Foundation Server (2015+) or Azure DevOps
Understanding of MVC or MVVM design patterns
Attention to detail with strong time‑management and prioritization skills
A positive, solutions‑oriented mindset
Critical thinking and constructive conflict resolution
Effective prioritization when handling multiple initiatives
Working well in a collaborative, global team with evolving priorities
Thorough research and documentation of issues, processes, and procedures
Preferred
Experience preferred with React.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks
WinForms or WPF desktop development
Azure DevOps Pipelines / CI‑CD
Salesforce, SSRS, SSIS, TFS Release Management
Ecommerce or EDI application development
Systems integration and integration services experience
Exposure to AI integrations
