In this role, you will help bring campaigns to life by operating cutting equipment and managing digital fabrication tasks to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities
Reviewing the job jacket and printed work, confirming any fabrication steps are complete before cutting
Dialing in the large cutting equipment and making precise, custom cuts across a variety of printed stock
Measuring twice, cutting once, and passing only high-quality work to the next station
Escalating any issues with signage to management immediately
Keeping the area clean and following every safety protocol
Operating a forklift as needed
Understanding how inks and media interact with different laminates and substrates
Choosing the right combination for durability and appearance
Applying lamination, cutting and trimming digitally produced signage
Keeping laminators, cutters, and printers clean, maintained, and used safely
Proofing files using established procedures to ensure quality output
Logging time and materials
Offering suggestions that improve cost, quality, efficiency, and delivery
Helping the team hit production deadlines
Qualification
Required
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Willingness to work weekends and overtime when needed
Comfort lifting 50 lbs minimum and following safety procedures
Proficiency with machine setups for production runs and manual machining skills
Familiarity with cutting and router machines; forklift use as needed
Preferred
Printing experience is helpful but not required
