Responsibilities

Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, briefs, and trial documents
Perform accurate and timely state and federal e-filing
Maintain case files using CasePeer and Dropbox
Manage attorney calendars and coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and meetings
Assist with trial prep -binders, exhibits, witness/expert coordination
Support expert discovery and deposition scheduling
Communicate with clients and medical providers; obtain medical records
Coordinate case expenses with accounting
Proactively manage an active litigation caseload and deadlines

Required

Bilingual in Spanish and English
5+ years of litigation experience
Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate
