Customer Service Specialist
Level Up USA is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and they are seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist in downtown Cincinnati. The role involves engaging customers, addressing their needs, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify and address their unique needs effectively
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Process transactions at point of sales (POS)
Upsell customers by engaging them in productive conversations surrounding current product offerings
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions comprehensively
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately
Stay informed about our current product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance
Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and account updates
Qualification
Required
Superior verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Able to quickly build rapport with customers
Proven track record of customer success
Attention to detail and strong note-taking abilities are essential
Preferred
Prior experience in customer support or service-oriented roles preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college completion preferred
Experience with CRM systems is advantageous
Background in sales or customer relationship management
Commitment to continuous improvement and career development in customer service
Sales experience is a plus
