Customer Service Specialist

Insurance

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties
Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members
Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists

Qualification

Required

A high school diploma or GED
Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Ability to qualify for Personal Lines Insurance License

Preferred

Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment
Advanced customer service skills
Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays
Ability to travel locally when necessary
Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines
