Responsibilities
Own the Field Execution: Ensure all construction activities align with company standards and schedules, taking personal responsibility for the quality of our rural network expansion
Be the Technical Bridge: Coordinate closely with engineering and con crews to ensure designs are accurate, safe, and efficiently implemented
Master the Tools: Utilize advanced GPS, GIS (ESRI/Crescent Link), and AutoCAD applications to collect data, track performance, and maintain flawless project documentation
Safeguard the Infrastructure: Perform precise utility locating and cataloging of aerial plansts to ensure the safety of our crew and the reliability of the community’s services
Drive Strategic Vision: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and communicate solutions to project managers before they impact the schedule or the customer experience
Qualification
Required
A Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management (or equivalent field experience)
Able to pick up new software quickly and enjoy the challenge of solving complex, 'hidden' problems
You listen well, communicate professionally under pressure, and naturally build rapport with both office teams and field crews
Must maintain a valid Driver's License with a good driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screening
