Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade LAN/WAN/ Wireless/Firewall/VPN technologies
Work closely with plant engineers, data security, and other IT teams to facilitate application solutions, ensure a secure network infrastructure, and provide global network access
Work independently and as a member of a team based on project needs
Actively participate in system design, as well as develop formal system tests, change management, and installation processes
Research and propose new solutions and improvements in their areas of responsibility
Harden and secure platforms from potential threats, both internal and external
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work across multiple business and IT teams
Excellent technical writing and system documentation skills
Good oral and written communications skills, initiative, and assertiveness
Preferred
Ability to use scripting/coding to facilitate Network monitoring and management
Knowledge of Meraki and Palo Alto platforms
Knowledge of Azure network integration and management
