Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the Director
Serving as the primary point of contact for the Office of Student Financial Assistance
Providing customer service to students, families, and campus partners
Assisting/answering student inquiries
Maintaining accurate records
Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
Processing incoming/outgoing communications
Coordinating supply and service purchases in compliance with institutional procurement policies
Providing administrative support to the Project Director of the Marshall for All Program and the Director of Student Financial Aid within the Office of Financial Assistance
Qualification
Required
Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description
Associates degree or one year of relevant work experience
1-2 years customer service or administrative office experience
Preferred
Associates degree
1 year + customer service or administrative office experience with demonstrated data entry experience
