Mid LevelRiseWell Community Services is an innovative, multi-service, community-based social wellness agency seeking a full-time Program Supervisor for their PROS Program. In this role, you will assist the program manager in operations, provide therapeutic interventions for high-risk clients, and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and growth.

Responsibilities
Assist the program manager in operation of the program
Provide therapeutic groups and individual interventions for high risk clients to assist members in growth and recovery
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team
Complete all required documentation within a 48 hour period and complies with program and OMH regulations
Qualification
Required
Licensed Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required
Fingerprinting
Criminal record check
Approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
Preferred
LCSW preferred
