Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, upgrade, and patch physical and virtual servers, operating systems, and Line of Business Applications
Monitor system performance and resource utilization to proactively avoid performance issues
Provide technical support and assistance to Support Desk
Follow and enforce server and share access policies
Maintain configuration documentation, procedures, and best practices
Active Directory/Entra Administration
Manage, and maintain On Premise and O365 mail services
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
5+ years experience with Windows Server Administration and Active Directory administration
Experience with Apple Mac administration (required)
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with strong quality focus and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high efficiency
Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and adjusting to changing priorities
Team player with excellent communication skills
Provides mentorship for Support Desk
Preferred
Experience with VMWare Virtualization (preferred)
2 year degree in related field preferred
5 years related experience
