The Staff Development Trainer will develop and deliver training programs focused on trauma-informed care and behavioral health, while fostering community relationships to enhance training opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging trainings on ACEs, Trauma-Informed Care, Child Development, Behavioral Health, and Mental Health First Aid

Facilitate annual ACEs training and support Trauma-Informed growth across Evara Health and community partners

Build relationships with community agencies to expand training opportunities and promote Children's Mental Health Initiative (CMHI) initiatives

Collaborate with leadership and marketing to promote training programs in the community

Track and report training data, including participation, evaluations, and measurable learner outcomes

Present to diverse audiences using creative, engaging methods

Qualification

CPLP certificationCPTD certificationBehavioral Health experiencePublic SpeakingHuman Services experienceEducation experienceSocial Work experienceAssociate/Bachelor’s Degree

Required

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified in Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)

Preferred

Behavioral Health, Human Services, Education or Social Work experience

Public Speaking experience
