Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery

Preferred
Strong analytical and technical foundation with gauge controlled tooling
Aerospace Manufacturing Experience – Hands-on experience in high-precision, regulated manufacturing environments
Project Management & Facilitation – Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion
Value Stream Mapping & Process Optimization – Experienced in mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing efficiency improvements
Data Analysis & Visualization – Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making
Interpersonal & Communication Skills – Strong collaboration, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities
