Responsibilities
Initiate, track, and ensure timely resolution of cross-functional business requests
Respond to stakeholder inquiries effectively and professionally
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with overlapping schedules
Evaluate and process SharePoint data modification requests, including data uploads and Access database updates
Locate and analyze gas pipeline information using Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Review and annotate documentation related to gas transmission and distribution pipelines
Perform large-scale data analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions
Generate reports summarizing findings and remediation efforts
Maintain detailed and concise documentation of work performed
Utilize software tools efficiently to optimize productivity and ensure data accuracy
Follow structured processes and execute tasks in accordance with established guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large datasets
Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability
Ability to communicate technical data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint
Strong working knowledge of MS Access (queries, import/export, data management)
Experience with VBA/Macro development, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Preferred
Experience working with GIS tools
