Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of email campaigns
Partner with acquisition and retention teams to ensure email messaging requirements are well-defined, actionable and aligned with business goals
Monitor process, verify deliverables and ensure all outputs meet quality standards before release
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status of campaigns, risks and release updates. Escalate issues with clarity and propose alternate solutions when appropriate
Define and assign clear task ownership, monitoring progress and ensuring timely execution through accountability
Ensure thorough documentation, communication and tracking of all email campaign-related issues in relevant systems, working with teams to resolve any issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred with 1-3 years of similar professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JSON
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple requests, working both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize in order to meet deadlines
Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders to present information in a professional and effective manner
Ability to think through customer journeys and consider customer expectations as they navigate the journey
Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Airtable is a plus
