Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections at designated control points in the production process
Document quality findings and track defects through resolution
Support monitoring and reporting on quality metrics
Assist in identifying patterns in defects to support process improvement
Communicate quality findings to production teams and stakeholders
Follow established QA procedures and guidelines
Manage multiple quality reviews simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Collaborate with designers and campaign managers to resolve quality issues
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and outcomes
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or creative production review
English language proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience documenting and tracking issues or defects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent reviews or tasks
Preferred
Demonstrated experience reviewing digital creative assets (images, graphics, or marketing materials) for quality and accuracy
Interest in the entertainment or music industry
Familiarity with common graphic file formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.)
