Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and optimize the charitable giving database, including gift records, nonprofit partner accounts, and contact information
Conduct thorough reviews of non-profit IRS filings and financial statements to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, deliver insights that support informed evaluation
Collaborate with team members and third-party vendors to gather feedback and translate needs into improved data processes and reporting systems
Develop and generate reports and dashboards using CRM tools and Excel to support impact measurement and strategic decision-making
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all systems and reporting tools
Identify and implement process improvements for data collection, entry, and reporting workflows

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience
Valid Driver's License
Ability to represent the Company and Brand with Excellence
Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Public Affairs, and IT teams
Effective interpersonal and data management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Candidate must show high level of integrity and character
Humility that exemplifies Consolidated Values (service to others)
Critical reasoning and creative problem analysis
Excellent and thorough attention to detail
Competency analyzing organizational data (large sets), provide summaries and evaluate for leadership decisions
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (i.e., Salesforce) or other database management Requires great attention to detail
Proven ability to problem solve and develop innovative improvements
Strong understanding of grant evaluation processes, such as metrics development, data review, and outcome reporting

Preferred

Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology, Nonprofit Management or related
Familiarity with Tableau preferred for data sourcing and presentations
