Payload IPT Deputy Manager
Lockheed Martin Space is looking for a motivated, positive, and energetic Payload Program Asc. Manager to be the Deputy IPT lead of the Wildfire program. The role involves overseeing antenna/RF subsystem design activities and ensuring program needs and engineering practices are implemented according to delivery dates.

Responsibilities
Demonstrated leadership experience with engineering teams or technical projects
Ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical performance in a program environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders
Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and dynamic schedules
Oversee WILDFIRE antenna/RF subsystem and component design activities, including development of component level and system-level requirements, drawing release, production, test, verification, and integration activities
Qualification

US Citizen. Ability to obtain & maintain a Top Secret security clearance
Preferred
Experience with the Wildfire program or similar aerospace programs
Familiarity with RF, antenna, or microwave subsystem/component design, development, integration, or test
Understanding of spacecraft flight hardware, including radome, thermal, vibration, shock, and environmental testing
Experience with supplier oversight and coordination in a technical program environment
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics and program reporting
Experience in fast-paced, agile program environments
Strong systems thinking and ability to consider technical, cost, and schedule trade-offs across a program lifecycle
