Responsibilities
Work semi-independently
Possess basic level computer skills necessary for daily activities including email, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and a working knowledge of computer-aided drafting
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures
Coursework or experience in concrete and steel design
Registration as an E.I.T
Work semi-independently
Possess basic level computer skills necessary for daily activities including email, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and a working knowledge of computer-aided drafting
Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred
A master's degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures
1-3 years professional work experience
Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit
Experience with structural analysis software
Experience with masonry and/or timber design
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred
Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale
