Client Experience Manager

The Client Experience Manager will oversee on-site operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring technician performance, operational efficiency, and outstanding client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for the customer, ensuring a professional, high‑touch (“white glove”) experience at all times
Proactively manage client expectations and address concerns quickly and effectively
Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients regarding progress, staffing, and any on‑site issues
Represent Elite Robotics with professionalism, accountability, and customer-first mindset
Lead, manage, and support on‑site technicians to ensure productivity, quality of work, and adherence to company standards
Monitor technician performance, attendance, and job execution
Provide real‑time coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary
Ensure technicians are properly assigned, prepared, and supported to meet daily objectives
Track technician hours, timekeeping, and attendance accurately
Coordinate HR-related matters including scheduling, onboarding support, policy compliance, and performance documentation
Act as the on‑site liaison between technicians and HR leadership
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and workplace expectations
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, engineering, project management, and sales) to ensure seamless execution
Identify potential issues before they impact delivery or client satisfaction
Support project timelines and operational goals by ensuring on‑site alignment and accountability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service, client experience, operations management, or field leadership
Strong supervisory or team leadership experience (required)
Experience managing hourly employees, schedules, and performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle HR-related responsibilities with professionalism and discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
