Responsibilities

Support the internal technology environment of a global private markets investment firm operating across more than 10 offices worldwide

Provide hands-on and remote support across multiple offices, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Support onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, and core IT infrastructure, helping ensure a smooth and professional experience for employees globally

Continuously improve internal tools, processes, and systems to provide exceptional end user support and build scalable, efficient support processes

Support Windows environments and enterprise workplace tools such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and endpoint management platforms

Support AV systems, VPN, and remote access tools as needed

Required

Experience supporting Windows environments
