The intern will gain exposure to departmental projects in retail development and real estate, including market research and data analytics tasks.

Responsibilities

Analytical and administrative projects related to the Upbound Group market planning and real estate strategy, along with annual construction and leasing plans
Assist with mapping and data analysis, store location site reviews, store lease negotiation, construction management and store design, property management and lease administration
Exposure to a broad variety of real estate functions within the team, with the opportunity to establish professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
Additional duties as assigned

Required

Pursuing a Business Analyst or Marketing Major, with an expected graduation between May 2026 and December 2027
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in our home office in Plano, Texas Monday through Friday
