Technical Service Specialist

Responsibilities

Provides technical support services to customers, including installation, trouble shooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products digital tools and services
Delivers remote and or onsite troubleshooting and diagnostic support services to ensure that all products and/or services fuction properly while escalating technical concerns to product teams and leadership as necessary
Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
Supports technical trainers in the delivery of training courses
Communicates with dealers, brands and/or business units any issues or technical information related to impacted programs, products, campaigns etc
Other related duties as assigned

Required

Associated Degree in related field is required OR
High School Diploma/GED & 3+ years experience with technical equipment is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with agricultural equipment and practices is preferred
