Grants & Data Systems Coordinator
Access to Healthcare Network (AHN) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Grants & Data Systems Coordinator to support both their grants finance functions and data systems operations. This role involves 50% grants coordination and 50% database/reporting support across Salesforce and TITAN.

Responsibilities
Prepare monthly grant billings and code invoices to proper grant and ledger accounts
Review expense documentation for accuracy and allowability; enter expenses and prepare reconciliations
Maintain vendor accounts and organized grant files
Assist with grant budgets, revisions, billings, and cash receipts
Support Program Directors with budget and reporting needs
Process travel reports, journal entries, and assist with bank reconciliations and audits
Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality
Provide Salesforce support, including onboarding, permissions, and troubleshooting
Maintain data accuracy through regular audits and updates to the Data Quality Handbook
Build and update Salesforce components to meet grant and program reporting needs
Develop benchmarks, generate reports, and support data analysis for program improvement
Prioritize reporting requests via a queue system
Stay current on Salesforce updates and system enhancements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping/accounting experience
Experience with databases or CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general digital tools
Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service
Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to sit for long periods; able to lift 20 lbs
Able to pass a Nevada background check
Valid driver's license (optional)
Preferred
Degree/certificate in Accounting, Business, or related field
Experience with Accounting Seed or similar systems
Salesforce CRM/system support experience
Nonprofit or healthcare experience
Experience training staff on technical systems
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance
