Responsibilities
Define and oversee product photography pipeline for ecommerce brands
Partner with leaders of Creative and Production teams to define and execute seasonal photography strategy
Develop and present yearly financial budgets, manage monthly metrics and forecasts
Develop seasonal production schedule to align with business priorities; forecast workload and organize resources to support expected demand; full time and freelance resources
Leverage experience and industry expertise to influence a more efficient process; optimize costs and resources by aligning talent appropriately among brands and projects
Formulate strategic vision and provide clear communication to direct team
Qualification
Required
Experience in photo and video production, project and people management
Strong financial acumen; solid understanding of retail fundamentals and financial metrics; expert in budget creation and financial analysis
Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
Strong written communication skills; presentation skills and problem solving skills with ability to build strong cross functional partnerships and influence change
Able to motivate, coach and inspire a high performing team in a fast paced environment
