Responsibilities
Hands-on infrastructure support and device troubleshooting
End user support including ticket resolution and technical assistance
Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory administration
Onboarding/offboarding including device setup, account creation, access, and device collection
Account management, permissions, and group policy support
Networking support in mixed/Cisco environments including VLANs and HP switches
Firewall support including Fortinet/FortiGate environments
Server support and monitoring including backup verification
Phone system troubleshooting
Support and maintain Adaptive Network infrastructure
Troubleshoot connectivity, access issues, and system performance
Qualification
Required
Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365
End user support and hardware/software troubleshooting
Networking fundamentals including VLANs, switches, and firewalls
Preferred
Experience supporting mid-size environments (500+ endpoints preferred)
