Responsibilities
Craft cloud architectures that include security, data, application, and operations
Define multi-account/-subscription landing zones, IAM, network segmentation, encryption, and policy-as-code baselines
Establish reference implementations reusable across engagements
Champion shift-left security and FinOps practices
Mentor engineers during build & migration; troubleshoot complex issues spanning infrastructure, application, and data layers
Serve as an escalation point during go-live and hyper-care
Support pursuit teams with solution diagrams
Present technical vision to C-suite and enterprise architects
Publish blog posts, white papers, and internal knowledge articles
Qualification
Required
8-10+ years experience engineering solutions on at least one CSP (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with mentoring engineers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar
Strong grasp of DevSecOps, SRE, and FinOps principles
Experience architecting data platforms and/or integrating AI/ML services
Proven client-facing communication skills; able to defend architectural decisions with executives and engineers alike
Exposure to serverless patterns, event-driven architectures, and edge/IoT solutions
Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect (one required)
Preferred
