Supervision of the Information Technology (IT) team
Management and operation of all IT-related systems in the organization
Identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization
Writing technical specifications for software and hardware procurements
Ensuring all vendor contracts and services meet NJSIG’s technical requirements
Supervision of the mailroom team
Management of all mailroom-related employee functions and systems
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing an Information Technology team
Ability to manage and operate all IT-related systems in an organization
Experience in identifying, recommending, developing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions
Ability to write technical specifications for software and hardware procurements
Experience ensuring vendor contracts and services meet technical requirements
Experience supervising a mailroom team and managing mailroom-related employee functions and systems
