Learning Experience Designer

Responsibilities
Design high-impact content, including microlearning videos, process guides, assessments, and additional resources, that reduces customer friction points and promotes product adoption
Conduct targeted needs analysis and discovery with subject matter experts
Continuously monitor training effectiveness, and take a data-driven approach to content iteration
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning assets, ensuring content remains accurate as the product evolves through each release cycle
Partner closely with the Digital Experience and Customer Success teams to create scalable learning programs and effective digital onboarding programs
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in developing and maintaining customer-centric product learning programs for a SaaS platform
Demonstrated success creating learning content utilizing learning design models and anchored in sound adult learning principles
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough discovery and needs analysis to ensure learning programs effectively support targeted outcomes and reduce friction points for our customers
