Knowledge in Research and Development (R&D) to contribute to innovation and process improvement
Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license or progress towards attainment is a plus
