Responsibilities
Review proposal team input to ensure compliance with government regulations, including TINA and certified cost or pricing data, including compliance with internal company policies, Cost Estimating System Manual (CESM), FAR, CAS, and solicitation requirements and address deviations
Assess input, documents from proposal team members, and advises for sufficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Subcontracts, Small Business Office, Program Business Support, Compliance, and HR on specific proposals and processes
Maintain detailed pricing documentation files to serve as reference for future inquiries or audits
Provide audit support to ensure understanding of financial data, methodology, and applicability under appropriate government regulations
Advise on pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards, as appropriate
Perform analysis and business case scenarios for specific proposals
Work under general supervision, typically reporting to a manager or head of a unit/dept
Qualification
Required
United States Citizenship
A Bachelors degree with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience + Or a High School Diploma/GED with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Strong problem solving, analytical, and communications skills
Must be detail-oriented, able to manage and handle multiple projects (while exhibiting flexibility and teamwork), and meet deadlines
Strong skills in using Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work on significant portions of a project with limited supervision
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Preferred
1 or more years of Federal Pricing experience preferred
