Responsibilities
Work on matters arising from the in-house attorneys in the World Headquarters, including transactional, litigation, employment, corporate or other legal issues
Work will be assigned requiring legal skills and judgment, under the supervision of our in-house attorneys
Attend and take notes during meetings and assist in researching legal and other related issues
Support attorneys in preparing for client meetings, negotiations, and dispute resolution

Required
Current enrollment in Law School
No experience required
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations
Preferred
Strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in transactional work or litigation, especially in the engineering and construction industry
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Communication skills, both written and oral
Initiative, self-starter, highly motivated
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
