Responsibilities
Receiving, testing, auditing, wiping, imaging, and configuring new and used computer systems and related peripherals
Test, audit, and wipe data from computer systems using Blancco and other tools
Perform BIOS updates and configurations
Image and deploy systems using various tools
Data entry using various Microsoft products
Qualification
Required
Successful candidates will be responsible for receiving, testing, auditing, wiping, imaging, and configuring new and used computer systems and related peripherals
Position requires general knowledge of computer hardware and software and basic knowledge of warehouse inventory control systems and practices
Candidates may work on projects that use Autopilot and SCCM to deploy machines per customer guidelines or run laser etchers to engrave notebooks and Chromebooks
Ability to learn on the job, follow instructions, stay on task, and meet production goals in a warehouse production facility
Basic Knowledge level: Computer systems hardware. (Desktops, notebooks, and peripherals.)
Basic Knowledge level: Recent operating systems
Basic Knowledge level: Basic computer diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques
Basic Knowledge level: Workplace safety procedures
Willing to train the right candidates
Technical Skills: Test, audit, and wipe data from computer systems using Blancco and other tools
Technical Skills: Perform BIOS updates and configurations
Technical Skills: Image and deploy systems using various tools
Technical Skills: Data entry using various Microsoft products
Performance Skills: Able to effectively communicate technical information in English, orally and written, clearly, and concisely
