Responsibilities
Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and timely proposals for control system projects, including reviewing customer specifications and drawings
Develop best‑value solutions that meet customer needs, reduce risk, and support project success
Present project costs, risks, and differentiators clearly and confidently to key decision‑makers
Review purchase orders to ensure alignment with the proposed scope of work
Partner with a global network of engineers and subject‑matter experts to ensure high‑quality proposal development
Apply foundational knowledge in engineering, automation, networking, and business to deliver thoughtful, innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
Minimum 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 8 years with a Master's degree, or 6 years with a PhD, or equivalent experience
Experience with control systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA)
Experience with writing proposals and developing cost estimates
Experience in the hydroelectric, solar, battery storage (BESS), and/or wind industries
Ability to travel up to 10%
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering is preferred
