Manage and optimize the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment
Collaborate with call center teams to streamline customer service operations
Utilize SIM (Store Inventory Manager) to maintain accurate inventory levels and improve store operations
Provide support and training to store staff on OMS and inventory management tools
