Responsibilities
Defining project goals, scope, dependencies, and deliverables, creating detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Tracking project progress, measuring key performance indicators, and reporting on project status
Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within allocated resources
Keeping stakeholders informed of project status, progress, and any changes or issues that arise
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with transformation projects
Analyzing current project management processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and developing solutions for optimization
Fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and removing obstacles to progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
4+ years in project management
Experience with business or tech transformation
Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects, ideally with experience in agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive resolution
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage expectations
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with transformation projects
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Experience in digital transformation projects, including understanding of digital tools and technologies
Familiarity with PMIS platforms (e.g., Jira, SmartSheet, Monday.com, ServiceNow)
Understanding financial principles and managing project budgets is essential
Preferred
PMP or Agile certifications are a plus
