Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable backend services using Golang
Build RESTful APIs and microservices following clean architecture and SOLID principles
Write efficient, concurrent, and production‑ready code leveraging Go routines, channels, and standard libraries
Perform code reviews, refactoring, and optimization for performance and maintainability
Ensure secure coding practices, error handling, and logging standards
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience
4 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Golang, Docker, Kafka, Azure
Preferred
Golang (microservices, REST APIs, concurrency)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices and collaborative delivery models
CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Microsoft Azure (AKS, App Services, Storage, Monitoring)
Apache Kafka & event‑driven architectures
