Responsibilities

Prospect and Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential customers using various lead generation tools and techniques
Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce prospects to our products/services
Inbound Lead Follow-up: Engage and qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team
CRM Management: Accurately track and document all interactions with prospects in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine and optimize outreach strategies
Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets

Qualification

Required

1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
A go-getter with a passion for sales and a desire to grow within the role
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to team success

Preferred

Prior experience in a similar SDR role is a plus
