Serve as the primary point of accountability for program scope, schedule, and performance

Apply Agile principles to program planning, execution, and continuous improvement

Facilitate collaboration among task leads and CMS stakeholders

Oversee development and maintenance of privacy and security policies

Monitor compliance with CMS governance and federal cybersecurity requirements

Provide strategic direction for training modernization and platform enhancements

Coordinate incident response and risk management activities through task leads

Manage transition-in and transition-out planning for operational continuity

Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

Required

Expertise in Agile program management and stakeholder engagement

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

Technical capabilities in LMS integration, AI automation, and secure platform management

Experience in phishing simulations, cybersecurity risk assessments, and Agile coaching

Proficiency in managing high-volume email inquiries and tracking resolutions

Compliance with CMS governance and accessibility standards

Preferred

Master's degree in a related field

CISSP, CISM, or similar security certifications

Familiarity with CMS governance and accessibility standards
