Responsibilities

Design and pilot CI Project Tracker – support the build of CI project intake modeled after existing CI Award program structure. Help define the needed data fields, logic tagging, and Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control phase tracking
Contribute to pilot testing and feedback ensuring continuous iteration of solution to address evolving business needs
AI-guided enablement – Assist in designing AI prompt logic that coaches users from Define phase through Control phase. Partner with CI stakeholders to ensure guidance rigor for problem statements, Critical to Quality, root causes, and control plans
Identify network-level CI insights – analyze CI data to surface: active CI projects, cycle times, and bottlenecks that may delay project progress
Leverage AI to enhance, simplify, and accelerate process innovation

Required

18 years or older
Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent
Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment with an accredited college or university
Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship OR co-op

Preferred

Degree concentration in Business Administration and Data Science
Experience with AI/ML fundamentals (AI prototyping, prompt engineering, model evaluation, automation workflows, basic ML concepts)
Familiarity with data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel advanced analytics)
