Responsibilities
Gathering, documenting, and translating complex finance and reporting requirements into clear, actionable specifications that can be implemented by technology partners and enterprise teams
Enabling scalable governance, consistent workflows, and timely turnaround for master data changes across multiple dimensions (e.g., Account, Entity, Treaty, Cost Center)
Partnering closely with Enterprise Finance Systems (EFS), Accounting Policy and Reporting teams, FP&A / Planning stakeholders, and Business and Operations team
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Finance Systems Analyst
Strong experience working with Finance, Accounting, or Reporting teams
Demonstrated ability to document complex business processes and workflows
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts (accounts, entities, hierarchies, reference data)
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Strong written communication skills—able to produce clear, structured documentation
Preferred
Exposure to EDM, DRM, or similar master data governance tools
Familiarity with Oracle EPM / FCCS / Planning / ARCS environments (conceptual understanding is sufficient)
Experience supporting USGAAP/IFRS reporting environments
Prior experience working in large ‐ scale finance transformations or ERP/EPM programs
