Responsibilities
Lead real-time incident response and escalation during assigned shifts
Validate alarm response quality and ensure adherence to procedures
Support root cause documentation and post-incident reviews
Coach and mentor FOC Operators on response standards and best practices
Assist in refining playbooks, runbooks, and monitoring thresholds
Qualification
Required
15 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, server administration, or data center operations, design, and layout
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field AND 11 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, server administration, or data center operations, design, and layout
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field AND 9 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, server administration, or data center operations, design, and layout
Doctorate in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field AND 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, server administration, or data center operations, design, and layout
Conflict Resolution: The ability to manage and resolve conflicts among people and situations in a constructive manner, recognizing and addressing sensitivities
Negotiation: The ability to engage in a dialogue or process intending to reach a mutually agreeable outcome. This includes the ability to effectively articulate positions, actively listen to others, and skillfully adapt communication across situations and/or parties to align complementary interests
Preferred
16 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, server administration, or data center operations, design, and layout
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field AND 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, server administration, or data center operations, design, and layout
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field AND 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, server administration, or data center operations, design, and layout
Doctorate in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field AND 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, server administration, or data center operations, design, and layout
2 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
