Account Executive
rePurpose Global is a leading Packaging Sustainability & Compliance platform for consumer companies, enabling brands to measure and recover their plastic footprint. They are seeking a driven Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking
Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads
Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to drive win-win outcomes
Meet or exceed quarterly bookings targets
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and market trends
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
Travel requirements: 50%
Preferred
Experience with HubSpot preferred
